The company is most often searching for subcontracted and full-time help. Typically, we hire professionals from outside the non-profit industry who have transferrable skills.

For pure researchers, roles consist of online research, document drafting and assembling, editing, and lead qualification. Managers are required to handle the aforementioned, as well as assume responsibilities for helping to build a rapidly expanding operation.

Required skills include: excellent typing and textual analysis abilities, attention to detail, exceptional self-discipline and personal responsibility, passion, humor, and grace under pressure in a deadline environment, multitasking, strong communication skills (both verbal and electronic). Preferred skills and traits include leadership, an entrepreneurial instinct, and an interest in data and information products and services. Preference will be given to those with directly applicable experience, though it is not required. Transferrable skills are welcome.

All roles are initially based out of New York City for 3-6 months, but have the real potential to be located elsewhere. The firm offers competitive salaries and full benefits.
